KOVA Token Terms of Use
These Terms govern access to the kova.sol website, staking dashboards, quest programs, and any affiliated smart contracts. By interacting with the protocol you accept this agreement.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to use blockchain-based financial services. Certain jurisdictions are restricted when local laws prohibit exposure to digital assets. You agree that you are not a resident of OFAC-sanctioned regions.
2. Wallet responsibility
KOVA does not custody user funds. When you connect a wallet you remain solely responsible for safeguarding seed phrases, passwords, and hardware devices. Transactions cannot be reversed once submitted on Solana.
- Review smart contract addresses before approving any transaction.
- Use official links shared through verified channels.
- Report suspicious behavior to security@kova.sol.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not use KOVA services for money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illicit activity.
- Do not attempt to disrupt the network, spam the RPC endpoints, or probe for vulnerabilities.
- Respect community guidelines in Discord, Telegram, and governance forums.
- All submissions to quests or bug bounties must be your original work.
4. Disclaimers
Digital assets are volatile and experimental. Nothing on kova.sol constitutes financial, legal, or tax advice. Smart contracts may contain undiscovered bugs. By using KOVA you accept these risks and release contributors, token holders, and partners from liability for any loss of funds, lost profits, or indirect damages.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, aggregate liability for claims relating to KOVA services shall not exceed the greater of: (i) $100 USD or (ii) the amount of fees you paid to use premium KOVA products in the six months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so certain rights may still apply.
6. Changes to the Terms
We post updates on this page with a new effective date. Material changes are announced through our official social channels and email lists. Your continued use of the services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
